Examples of how Soper’s has solved some specific problems for their customers:

A ceiling to floor wall separates process areas at a food packaging plant. Woven polyethylene fabric is secured to the floor, ceiling and walls. ClearFlex strip doors are included for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. This wall was installed after hours and around existing racking, resulting in no factory downtime or disruption.
Unwanted noise can be suppressed using acoustical absorbing material. Smaller units can have panels attached to a frame using velcro.
Workers on indoor shipping docks are isolated from truck exhaust by PVC partitions, which help direct fumes to overhead ventilators. Facilitates temperature control in warehouse area.
A softwall Class 10,000 clean room was designed for the University of Toronto Aerospace Research Laboratory. Space limitations made clear vinyl walls the ideal solution.
Large equipment can be surrounded with suspended acoustic material and clear PVC, to provide an accessible, “open-feeling” workplace, while controlling unwanted noise.
The suspended partition contains and directs welding fumes to ceiling exhaust fans, while allowing fresh air to circulate at floor level. Does not impede traffic.
A retractable fabric roof allows 40" diameter turbine rotors to be lowered by crane into a clean room for inspection and cleaning. Contamination particles are kept out when the roof is closed.
